Lorimer,
President and Designated
Broker of the firm.
He is also the President of our sister firm, Pacific
Mortgage Lenders, Inc.
Steve has both a Bachelor’s degree and
Master’s degree from the University of Minnesota. Also,
Steve has lived in Whatcom county for over 20
years.
He has been in
the real estate sales business for over 8 years and been
active in the home loan business for over 23 years.
Working at Pacific
Mortgage Lenders, Inc. he has closed over 1,000 home
loans. Over
the past 30 plus years, Steve has built a total of 19
spec and custom homes and together with his wife,
Cheryl, has owned numerous rental properties.

Cheryl has lived in Whatcom County for over 23
years.
Cheryl
joins our team as a Realtor®.
She has been in the real estate sales profession
for over 5 years and
managed a Home Finder’s rental service. She
has assisted as a loan processor at the mortgage
business and has been both an educator and pre-school
administrator.
Cheryl brings with her
a very down to earth way of interacting with people and
her organizational skills are a real asset to our team

| Nicole
Ocean, is
the daughter of Steve and Cheryl.
She considers herself to be an "almost
native," of Bellingham as she is proud to have
lived in this remarkable part of the world for over 20
years. She is a proud graduate of
Ferndale High, and obtained an. A.A.S. degree from
Whatcom Community College. She also holds a B.A. degree
from Western Washington University.
Nicole has joined our
team as a Realtor® in January of 2006. Her background
spans from having loan processing experience to
possessing an accredited paralegal certification. She is
our web design and graphics specialist as well as
computer ‘expert.’ Our
information highway runs smoothly due to Nicole’s
computer expertise.
Nicole brings to
Pacific Realty Group, Inc. her enthusiasm towards the
real estate industry and in her strong desire to help
people make their dreams come true!
She
is also able to offer assistance in helping her
customers with working together to customize the best
loan program that fits their individual needs.
