In the past few years, as home prices have doubled, so have the agent fees. Yet, the largest sales tool is the real estate agent, with over 90% of home buyers utilizing the services of a real estate agent to purchase a home. Our firm provides exceptional service, that works, BUT AT A DRAMATIC DISCOUNT! Instead of a 5% or 6% fee*, we charge a real estate fee of 3.5% with 2.5% of the total fee being paid to the buyer’s agent and ONLY 1%** retained by our firm. In recent years the impact of the internet has been growing dramatically. Ten years ago the internet accounted for only 2% as a home finding resource, compared to 24% today. During the same time frame newspaper ads and home magazines have gone from 11% down to 6% today. Yet, most of the “big-fee real estate firms” spend money on print media advertising. Instead of spending funds on these ads, we focus on internet advertising and pass the savings on to our Sellers. According to recent statistics by Realtor.com, the nation’s leading home listing data source, over 75% of prospective home buyers that look for homes on the internet, search their site. They have over 3 million currently listed properties across the nation and get 6 million visitors to their site each month. Yet, most of the local agents don’t take the time to publish their listings to this site. We have an enhanced, “showcase” site! Another popular website is Craigslist.com. This free website lists virtually anything for sale, including real estate. Monthly, Craigslist has over 30 million hits! Virtually none of the local agents take the time to place their home listings at this site but again, guess what? We do! Be sure to ask us about internet advertising. It’s our specialty! We have a very attractive yard sign and we keep the flyer box full of home flyers. We hold ‘Open Houses’ on a regular basis and keep an eye on the market so that the Seller is informed about current conditions. We are totally involved in the negotiation process when offers are made and continue our activity through the inspection, financing and closing process. By
